Refund Policy

All users that have made their application through us can perfectly ask for a refund but depending on the status of the process will have one solution or another.

If you want to request a refund once your application has been submitted unfortunately it won't be possible to refund the Government fee, but you can absolutely apply to be considered for receiving a refund of the agency application 30USD service fee.

Unfortunately if you have received your approved application, a refund will no longer be available.

A refund request in the next 3 days after receiving the order from you will make you have the 30USD refund and will mean the closement of your order.

The full refund will be possible if the application has not been started to be processed and we get the request for the cancellation in the 3 next days.

From the moment you submit your application with us, it is understood that we will begin the application process within the respected timeframe.
